Permanent chalk is extremely difficult to omit, and makes a mess. We recommend purchasing washable chalk that lasts until the rain comes with a new day.
Can I post pictures online?
Sure! Post pictures online of chalk and tag #ChalkToWalk on your favorite social media platform. However, don't take pictures of people or chalk without permission.
Do I need to sign-up?
While signing up online isn't required, it helps to plan the event and estimate supplies needed. We strongly recommend signing up before arriving at an event.
Is it "ok" to write instead of draw?
Any chalk that is meaningful and bright is welcomed. Consider using our recommended list of kind messages.
Should I credit chalk'ers?
Only take pictures of chalk or people with permission. However, it's usually welcome to credit the maker.
